Charles R. Grimes SR., Head of all C.R.G.'s manufacturing processes, resides in Gobles, MI with his family. He is also President of the Wright Coating Company in Kalamazoo, MI, one of the most successful powder coating/painting businesses in the nation. A former 400/800 meter standout at Bangor, H.S. (MI), he has since accumulated over 40 years of manufacturing, engineering, and production experience.
Charles R. Grimes JR., Head of C.R.G.'s product research and development, conceived the LaunchPad as part of his study with elite sprinters, and as Head Track and Field Coach at Malone College in Canton, OH. A former decathlete, he brings enthusiasm and creativity to serving C.R.G. customers. Coach Grimes also has a blog to keep you up to date on the happenings in his life and the life of C.R.G. Athletics Corp. Coach Grimes resides with his wife, Wendy and three daughters in Canton, OH.
Heather (Grimes) Erbe, manages C.R.G.'s Website and helped designed the C.R.G. logo. She has 6 years Web Development experience along with a B.A. in Communications and Creative Writing from Western Michigan University. Heather currently runs her own website development business and has a blog. She has three children and resides in Kalamazoo Michigan with her husband Paul.
